Thanks to all members involved with BDARS field operation at the Cleveland Point Lighthouse today (18 Aug ’24). There was a good club presence with several members and visitors dropping in to check out the activity – and to probably grab some fish-and-chips while there!
Today’s weather is keeping dry and mild, but a bit gusty coming in from the sea. The radios are set up to operate on 20m and 40m. Set up at 7AM was easy, and from about 8AM the radios were warming up nicely!
