Our next Tech/Social meeting at the Redland Museum is on Monday 20th January, 7:00PM for 7:30PM start. Members and visitors (non members) are always welcomed.
This is the first Tech/Social meeting of the year and it brings BDARS unique mix of social and technical goodness!
- Phil Hutchings (VK4PG) will be talking about lessons learned from designing and building his new shack
- Sid Tyler (ZS5AYC) will be talking about his activation activities both here and in his homeland of South Africa. Many of you will know Sid, who has been visiting our club meetings recently while he has been in Australia on holidays with family.
This is the place to be if you have technical questions or need some help with problem solving. Alternatively, you may simply want to learn from others about a new aspect of the hobby that you are considering investigating and trying out for 2025.
Why not bring along any ‘show and tells’ If you have something you would like to share with and others? What projects or field activities are you working on that you can share your discovered insights with everyone?
Also on the agenda is a quick update on recent club activities, and there will be extra time for a cuppa and a good chat with your colleagues.
