The club’s next General Meeting is at the Redlands Museum on Monday 5th February, with a 7:00PM arrival for a 7:30PM start. All members and visitors are welcome.
This general meeting has several important agenda items about the future shape and leadership of the society – including the prospective clubhouse. Discussions will also consider views on the upcoming Committee positions available for nomination.
This meeting will also invite a vote from members on the acceptance of the proposed home clubhouse at Victoria Point, kindly offered to us by Redlands Council. This follows the negotiations, clarifications and deliberations that committee have undertaken since the 2nd January special meeting where it was approved to move ahead with the project.
At the meeting we can expect to hear updated information about the offer, and more details about the outline financial, development and use plans. Questions and opinions will of course be welcomed before moving on to the vote.
