The BDARS team operating from Cascades Park, Victoria Point, Redlands using our contest callsign VK4B was awarded second place in the Six Hour Portable Operation HF Band Multiple Operator section. Well done guys and gals!
Thanks go to all the members that supported the club on what was envisaged to be a weather challenged day. Not just for operating, but for all those involved in the larger effort of preparation and clear-up.
The extra support provided by Jason with Sausage sizzle helped to keep us all warm and contented – a combined effort by all helped keep those operators at peak efficiency!
