It was good to see so many BDARS members at the Gold Coast Radio Club’s Hamfest yesterday. Apart from the fantastic bargains it was good for many of us to catch up with old mates from other clubs, and meet contacts that have only been previously only made over-the-air. Thank you the Gold Coast Amateur Radio Society for hosting the event; it was a great day out!
