YOUR INVITATION !

We are thrilled to invite you to the grand opening day of the BDARS clubhouse! Join us on Saturday 7th September for a celebration of our new space, starting at 10AM and running until 2PM. It will be a fantastic day filled with excitement and community spirit, featuring a free sausage sizzle and drinks. While the food and refreshments are on us, we kindly request gold coin donations to help support our ongoing activities.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to explore a range of amateur radios and electronics maker items on display, showcasing the innovative spirit of our club. We are also excited to welcome VIP guests, including local Councilors, the Mayor, and several BDARS sponsors and supporters. Their presence will make this event even more special and highlight the importance of our clubhouse within the community.

For those who need transportation, we are happy to assist with car sharing and lifts to ensure everyone can attend and enjoy the festivities. We expect a great turnout from our members, so bring your friends and family for a day of fun, discovery, and camaraderie. We look forward to celebrating with you and making this opening a memorable occasion!

While not essential, it would be good if you could please confirm/coordinate with Martin, secretary@bdars.org.au by email to help organise shared transport or any other considerations.

Important: Please try to let Martin know by RSVP by Wednesday 4th September 5.00PM to help us calculate appropriate catering requirements.

Meet at the clubhouse: Cascade Park building, Victoria Point, 314
Colburn Ave, Victoria Point, (Adjacent to the Meals-on-Wheels compound).
